AbouttheRole :

WeareseekingadynamicBusinessProcessOwner(BPO)-Procure-to-Pay(P2P)todriveoperationalexcellence,processoptimization,andgovernancewithinaglobalmatrixorganization.ReportingtotheGlobalSupplyChainDirectorandfunctionallyalignedwiththePurchasingDepartment,thisrolewillleadSAPimplementation,enhancesupplierdatamanagement, andspearheadtransformationinitiativesacrossmultipleregions.

Responsibilities
- Overseeandoptimizetheend-to-endP2Pprocess, ensuringefficiencyandcompliance.
- Actasthedataownerforsupplierrecords, maintainingaccuracyandconsistency.
- LeadSAPMaterialManagement(MM)moduleimplementationandSAPS/4Hanatransition.
- Managesupplierinvoiceprocessing,supplyplanning, andprocurementflows.
- DevelopandmaintainPowerBIdashboardsforperformancetracking.
- DriveMRPdeploymentandsupplierOn-Time-In-Full(OTIF)improvements.
- Leadgovernanceefforts, ensuringadherencetotheP2Pcoremodel.
- SupportSAProlloutsacrossEurope,theMiddleEast, andAPAC.
- Defineandreportonkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs).
- Providetrainingandoperationalsupporttokeyusercommunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinSupplyChainManagement,BusinessAdministration, orarelatedfield.
- Advanceddegreeorcertification(e.g.,APICS, SixSigma)isaplus.
- 5-7yearsofexperienceinaProcure-to-Pay(P2P)orprocurementrolewithinanindustrialenvironment.
- StrongproficiencyinSAPECC6;experiencewithS/4Hanaishighlyvalued.
- SolidunderstandingofMRPsystemsandsupplyplanningprocesses.
- Expertiseindataanalyticsandperformancetrackingtools.
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinaglobal, matrixorganizationwithdiversestakeholders.
- Strongcommunication,leadership, andtrainingabilitiestomanagekeyusercommunities.
- Analyticalmindsetwithafocusonprocessimprovementandtransformation.
- Changemanagementexpertisetosupportlarge-scalesystemimplementations.
- Strategicandprocess-orientedapproachtodriveoperationalexcellence.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinadynamicglobalenvironment.
