Job area & mission:

- Run Sales and Operations Planning process for the product lines in the scope of the job (Ruminants portfolio + Alterion and Selisseo).
- Is accountable for product availability rate and WW inventories in the scope of the job, in volume, days and value
- Execute main decisions of this S&OP process in the supply part, both with internal production plants and Third parties in case of tolling & drive problem solving & decision / arbitration process as required

Responsibilities

Lead monthly S&OP process for its product lines:

- Updating dashboard and all information supporting decision making (inventory levels, customer service rate, production/procurement reliability, sales forecast accuracy, customer complaints)
- Proposing solutions to come back to targets
- Managing the meetings (scheduling, animation, notes)

Apply all S&OP decisions regarding supply operations:

- In interface with internal plants (Commentry, Burgos)
- In interface with external suppliers (tolling): purchasing forecasts, ordering, raw material procurement

Build & maintain the supply plan (production & purchase orders and forecasts) to achieve availability & inventory targets, while balancing sales & operations respective constraints

Manage tolling process in the appropriate ERP (SAP), in order to provide inventory on time to confirm and deliver customer orders on time and in full

Play as a control tower to manage all operational issues coming from :

- Suppliers (raw material, finished goods)
- Customer services located worldwide

Monitor indicators of its Product Categories: availability rates, inventories, distribution costs, production yields and supply reliability to reach the targets and propose mitigation plans if needed & drive continuous improvement

Make problem solving a day to day obligation, launching improvement projects accordingly

Provide all documents and training resources relative to its activities; transfer job knowledge to ensure the recovery of its activities properly

Is the back up of a second Supply Planning Manager in charge of Feed Digestibilty portfolio

Qualifications

Graduated in Supply Chain management + minimum 2 years of experience in an operations position (procurements, storage management)

3-5 years experience of successfully leading S&OP meetings on a multi-site / international scope

Fluent in french & english are mandatory

S&OP - Inventory management

Project and process improvement management

Experience of supply planning, using MRP / DRP tools and Advanced Planning System (APS)

SAP/APO or SAP/IBP

Master in Excel MS functions (data analysis)
