As a Global Account Executive for the Luxury Industry, you are driving digital transformation through effective engagement with C-level executives, brand directors, and marketing leaders across the world's leading luxury conglomerates. With your established luxury market relationships, consultative approach, and deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, you will act as a strategic partner to luxury maisons and holding groups, selling a broad range of advertising solutions that protect and amplify brand equity while delivering business outcomes. You will use your relationship building, networking, and strong communication skills to identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities. Partnering with internal, cross-functional teams successfully to deliver results for your luxury advertising customers is required.

You will navigate the paradoxes of luxury in digital spaces - reconciling scale with scarcity, personalization with privacy, performance with prestige, and speed with craftsmanship. Key job responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor and cultural broker to C-level executives, brand directors, and marketing leaders at luxury maisons and holding groups on advertising, brand building, and digital transformation matters
- Build a portfolio of premium advertising campaigns, innovative brand experiences, and strategic partnerships that leverage Amazon's full stack including Prime Video, Twitch and partnerships with entities like Studios, AWS, and Retail
- Serve as the internal voice of your luxury clients, shaping and influencing Amazon Ads product roadmaps to deliver solutions that respect luxury brand requirements including creative excellence, brand safety, and premium positioning standards
- Demonstrate internal leadership across account teams and partner groups, establishing effective governance mechanisms to deliver strategic outcomes and elevate partnerships across Amazon entities
- Build and execute overarching brand-building strategies from big ideas to analytical recommendations, advocating for upper-funnel metrics such as attention, brand lift, and share of voice in high-value moments
- Educate internal teams about luxury category sensitivities while helping clients understand platform realities, bridging Amazon's capabilities with luxury industry dynamics and competitive environment

About the team
This is Amazon Ads' first dedicated global luxury role based in Paris - a unique opportunity to build something new, exciting, and innovative with global scale. You will be pioneering how Amazon Ads serves the luxury industry, establishing best practices, and creating the blueprint for enterprise partnerships that will extend beyond luxury to other premium verticals. This role offers the rare chance to shape strategy from the ground up, influence product development to meet luxury needs, and define how Amazon becomes the most strategic advertising partner for the world's most prestigious brands. This role is based in Paris with travel as needed.
