TheIT Supply Chain apprentice supports the IT Global Supply Chain Portfolio & Project Management activities by contributing to project coordination, governance, reporting, and execution support across multiple digital transformation initiatives. The role is designed to offload operational PMO activities, improve data quality and transparency, and ensure consistent application of project governance standards across the IT GSC portfolio.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

- Support IT Project Managers and Portfolio Managers in the day-to-day coordination of IT GSC projects (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Analytics).
- Maintain and update project documentation: business case, milestones, RIDAC logs (Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, Change).
- Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables across projects.
- Help document and standardize PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure timesheet follow-up and cost allocation checks.
- Support data consistency between portfolio tools, finance tracking, and reporting files.
- Interface with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders for data collection and follow-up.
- Support preparation of leadership materials (slides, summaries, action tracking).

Qualifications

- Master student in Supply Chain or Information Systems
- Strong interest in digital transformation.
- Good understanding of project management fundamentals and basic financial concepts (budget, CAPEX / OPEX).
- Exposure to project or portfolio tools is a plus (ServiceNow, PM tools, Power BI, etc.).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, international environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Fluent English (working language). French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Regular on-site presence in French factories (up to 15% travel) to collaborate closely with operational teams.
