Strategic Finance Business PartneringAct as acore member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-makingPartner closely withSales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial StrategyProvideactionable financial insightsto drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimizationSupport and challenge commercial teams onpricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategyLead financial input intostrategic and transformation projects2. Commercial Finance & GTN ManagementOwn and overseeGross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investmentsContribute to the development and review ofcustomer and channel P&LsEnsure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of GTN reportingDeliverpost-event analysison commercial initiatives and promotions3. Financial Planning, Forecasting & ControllingOwn thefull P&L for the French entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEXLeadbudget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processesDeliver timely and accuratemonthly closing and management reportingAnalyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drivecorrective actionsDevelop and maintainfinancial models, dashboards, and KPIsProvidein-depth variance analysis and performance commentaryDrive continuous improvement inforecast accuracy and reporting processes4. Statutory, Accounting & ComplianceEnsure compliance withaccounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS.Act asprimary contact for auditorsEnsure effectiveinternal control environment and risk management framework,including credit limit risks (Coface insurance)Monitor impacts onP&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowOverseecash flow and working capital management,including DSO optimization & inventory turn overSupervise payroll-related financial aspects in coordination with HR5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely withFP&A, GBS, Supply Chain, and Group Finance teamsAlign financial plans withoperational and commercial strategiesContribute toregional and global finance initiativesSupport business case development forinvestments and strategic initiatives6.
