This role will act as a strategic partner to leaders, driving the people agenda and enabling business performance through strong organizational capability, talent, and culture.The Senior HRBP willoperatewithin a global, matrixed environment, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Operations, and HR leadership to deliver a consistent and high-impact HR experience. This role plays a critical part in translating business strategy into actionablepeoplepriorities and ensuring effective execution across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders,providingproactive guidance on organizational, talent, and culture prioritiesTranslate business strategy into a clear people agenda that supports performance, growth, and transformationParticipate in leadership team discussions, contributing to business planning, operating reviews, and strategic decision-makingDrive talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and leadership developmentCoach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, and organizational dynamicsBuild strong talent pipelines and support critical hiring and workforce planningneedsand ensureadherence to labor cost planning.Lead organization design and workforce planning efforts aligned with evolving business needsDrive and support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and sustainabilityIdentifyopportunities to improve team effectiveness, structure, ways of workingandmanage labor costsFoster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with BIC valuesLead engagement efforts, including survey deployment and action planningSupport leaders in building strong, engaged, and high-performing teamsAct as a point of contact for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomesProvide guidance on policies, performance management, and workforce issuesPartner with legal and HR stakeholders as neededLead core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planningPartner withHRCoEsto deliverconsistent&integrated HR solutionsEnsure high-quality execution of HR programs and initiativesLeverage HR data and analytics toidentifytrends, inform decision-making, and drive actionManage andutilizeworkforce and organizational data to support planning and performanceSupport HR transformation initiatives and contribute to the evolution of HR ways of workingIdentifyopportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes and employee experienceQualifications8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner rolesExperience supporting senior leaders within global, matrixed organizationsStrongexpertisein organization design, talent management, and change managementProven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levelsExperience managing complex employee relations mattersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGlobal mindset with experience working across regions and culturesBusiness fluency in EnglishrequiredBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
