You will collaborate with the team with needs, goals, specifications and optimization; execute the Sustainable Development packaging strategy and contribute to the development of packaging at best cost, quality and time-to-market, taking into account the need for innovation, differentiation and standardization. You will also participate in the needs requirements definition, sustainability, sourcing strategy and supplier selection.Main responsabilities:Support all the steps from design to implementation of packaging supply needsCollaborate with categories and local marketing to develop new packaging and displayLead innovation projects on the packaging expertise and provide technology watchExecute standard processes for Packaging DevelopmentImplement the packaging item codification rules (data integrity within operational procurement)Participate in Packaging complexity and cost reduction programs. Support packaging cost saving roadmap and production efficiency gains (value engineering)Participate in packaging projects and identify new packaging solutions to support new business needsConsider Sustainable Development criteria to develop new packaging and work on new PPWR transformationAssist in packaging standardization of processes, tools, materials and designSupport with the industrialization of existing or new packaging materials, tools and machinery in factories and copacking centersSupport with packaging material and packaging line continuous improvement on cost and qualityParticipate in packaging technical specification definitionQualifications:Engineering/ Industrial DesigningbackgroundMinimum 2 years of experience in packaging roles, possibly within FMCG/CPG industryFluent English and FrenchProficiency in Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Sustainable Development trends will bea plus.Knowledge of AutoCAD / Artios will bea plusPriority management, ability to deal with tight deadlinesProject management skillsAutonomyProactivityBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
