Reporting to the Group Treasurer, the candidate will be responsible for:
- managing the day-to-day balance of the Group's bank accounts,
- managing intra-group current accounts and cash pooling,
- day-to-day liaison with subsidiaries and banking institutions,
- issuing certain payment orders,
- producing monitoring and analytical reports,
- carrying out UCITS subscription and redemption transactions,
- ensuring the quality and reliability of cash flow forecasts for the managed entities,
- monitoring banking terms and conditions,
- liaising with the shared services center responsible for accounts receivable and payable,
- Banking authorizations: managing signature authorizations by keeping the dedicated ERP system up to date with all authorized signatories, with immediate updates upon any departure,
- Information systems: helps to implement and optimize cash management tools and cash flow management tools,
- more generally, provides support for all day-to-day management operations: opening and closing accounts, monitoring the distribution and proper use of payment methods, and analyzing and reporting on activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/Bac +5) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in treasury, preferably within an international or corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English is required;
