Join Amazon's exciting grocery delivery transformation as an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist) in France!Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) supports brands in growing their business on Amazon. As an Associate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of vendors, ensuring their operational performance is optimized across key business areas. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will drive day-to-day operational excellence, monitor key metrics, and communicate with vendors to provide actionable recommendations that improve their results. You will gain broad exposure to e-commerce fundamentals - from supply chain to promotions - and you will be working together with different stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes, such as (Product) Category Management, Supply Chain management, Finance and Marketing; developing your skills and future career.
Your role will focus on four key business areas:
Key job responsibilities
- Selection & IDQ: Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability. You will identify product gaps, onboard the new products and be responsible for the ramp up of these products, as well as improve the customer journey on Amazon (i.e.: performing walk the store session, competitor benchmarking, create enhanced content on detail pages).
- Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive supply-chain execution by monitoring stock levels, reducing defects and lead times, and ensuring product availability in our fulfilment centres. Proactively identify and escalate operational issues to minimize disruption.
- Promotion & Funding: Support the planning and execution of promotional activities for key Amazon events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday). Coordinate with vendors on deal submissions, funding, and calendar alignment to maximize sales during peak periods.
- Core Service: Monitor vendor performance metrics and flag opportunities for improvement. Use data and existing reporting tools to provide clear, actionable recommendations that help vendors grow their business.

Le profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or Consulting
- Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English (both minimum C1 level)- Experience in SQL or programming
- Experience in e-commerce
- Knowledge of another European language
